Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Officer. The position is based in Kundapura, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining relationships with customers, supporting sales operations, and driving revenue through effective channel sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective client relationship management
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Sales Operations and the ability to achieve performance-driven results
- Experience in Channel Sales with the ability to manage partnerships and distributive networks effectively
- Proficient in time management and organization to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the financial sector or NBFCs is a plus
