Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Officer based in Rajkot. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, engaging customers, and generating leads to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include managing channel sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a superior customer service experience. The role also involves promoting banking products, identifying potential customers, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing customer needs and maintaining satisfaction
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential opportunities to drive business success
- Strong Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers and internal teams
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of banking products, financial services, or sales in a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related domain is preferred
