Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Panaji. The Sales Officer will oversee sales operations, including channel sales management and lead generation, while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and distributors, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing timely feedback and assistance to enhance client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure streamlined sales processes and effective communication of product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and managing sales processes efficiently
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing distributor relationships
- Ability to meet sales targets consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize sales performance
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with adhesives, construction chemicals, or similar industries is advantageous
