Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in Basti. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting products, managing sales operations, generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and assisting in channel sales operations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing sales processes, and contributing to achieving the organization’s sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and effectively identifying potential sales opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience or knowledge in the cement or construction materials industry is an asset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
