Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities for rooftop solar projects.
- Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Conduct customer site visits and preliminary assessments.
- Understand customer power requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate commercial terms.
- Close sales and coordinate with the project execution team for smooth handover.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Solar, Electrical, Construction, HVAC, Building Materials, or similar industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA)
