Role Description

This full-time role for a Sales Officer – Credit Cards is based on-site in Gurgaon. The position involves promoting and selling HDFC Bank's credit card products to potential customers through direct sales. The Sales Officer will identify and approach potential clients, provide thorough product information, address customer queries, and meet sales targets. Coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and approval processes is also an integral part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets through proactive client interactions.
  • Customer service and relationship-building capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services, especially credit cards and banking solutions.
  • Self-motivation, time management, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduation in any discipline is required; prior sales experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and sales tracking is an advantage.
