Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Nutritionist at our New Delhi office. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Nutritionist who combines strong nutritional knowledge with excellent sales and client-handling skills.
The Sales Nutritionist will provide expert nutritional counseling tailored to customer needs, offer personalized guidance for health improvement, and educate clients on the benefits of functional supplements. The role also includes assisting customers in choosing the right products, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of functional nutrition science, and contributing to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, website, and other platforms
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client health concerns and goals
- Recommend suitable functional supplements based on client needs
- Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and trust-building
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
2. Client Consultation
- Provide basic nutrition guidance aligned with company programs
- Explain functional supplements, benefits, and expected outcomes
- Address client doubts, objections, and concerns confidently
3. Client Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding process post-payment
- Ensure smooth handover to the team
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with potential leads and warm prospects
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations and coaching team
- Update CRM/tools with accurate lead and sales data
- Share daily/weekly sales reports and insights
Qualifications
- Expertise in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Nutritional Counseling
- Strong interest or experience in sales and client conversion
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
- Empathy-driven approach towards clients
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proven record of delivering solutions for diverse health concerns
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field
- Certification or experience in functional nutrition or medicine is a plus
- Passion for natural health, wellness, and empowering individuals to better their health
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years in nutrition consulting / health sales / wellness industry
- Experience handling online consultations and calls.

Work Details
- Work Mode : Onsite
