Key Responsibilities:- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads for IT products/services.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (C-level executives, managers, IT heads).
- Maintain and update lead and account lists in CRM.
- Assist the sales team in reaching out to prospects via InMail, messages, and emails.
- Track lead activity and engagement to improve outreach strategies.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation, outreach success, and conversion metrics.
Skills & Requirements:- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation techniques.
- Understanding of IT Sales / B2B Sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
