Job Description – Sales Manager

Company: Agri products manufacturing (non food) and Exports

We work directly with farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and rural partners to ensure sustainable and scalable sourcing. Our operations focus on quality, transparency, and building long-term value chains that benefit farmers and international buyers alike.

Department: Sales and Heading Sales team in Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Number of Positions: 01

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Sales Head/Lead

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to ₹13-15 LPA -Fixed (As per company policy based on past CTC)
  • PF, HRA, Medical Benefits
  • Annual Bonus & Incentives

Work Schedule

  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
  • Work Hours: 9 Hours (standard work hours)
  • Probation Period: 3 Months
  • Travel: Yes

Notice Period

  • Immediate Joiners Preferred or Maximum 20 Days

Qualification

  • 8+ Years of Experience in Food & Beverage / Agri Exports / FMCG – HoReCa Channel
  • Graduates in Business or MBA in Sales /Marketing
  • 2–3 years team handling in similar business
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Proven revenue growth experience
