- Strong Sales MIS reporting (Primary, Secondary, PAN India)
- Experience in FMCG / distribution-led business
- Hands-on with Excel automation + dashboards
- Exposure to GST, TDS, compliance
- Good at reconciliation + accounting basics
- Experience working with sales + finance stakeholders
1. Retail Sales MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports (store-wise / channel-wise / SKU-wise)
- Track primary vs secondary sales, sell-through, and inventory movement
- Monitor sales performance vs targets and highlight key variances
- Generate dashboards for leadership review
2. Revenue Reconciliation & Controls
- Reconcile POS sales vs system vs bank collections
- Manage marketplace / aggregator reconciliations (if applicable – Swiggy/Zomato/Amazon etc.)
- Track discounts, schemes, and promotional spends
- Identify revenue leakages and discrepancies
3. Accounts & Compliance
- Support monthly closing activities
- Ensure proper accounting entries for sales, returns, and expenses
- Assist in GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
.4. Business Partnering
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Provide insights on:
- Store performance
- Product movement
- Regional trends
- Support decision-making with data-backed insights
This means that candidate NOT be pure accounting — it should be Retail Finance + Sales Analytics hybrid
