Zellar International is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Manager – MICE Sales to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of experience in corporate MICE sales, a strong grasp of the events and hospitality ecosystem, and a proven ability to convert leads into business. This is a mid-level managerial role with strong growth potential as we continue expanding across India, Dubai, and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive MICE sales in alignment with organizational revenue goals.
- Identify high-potential sectors and build a strong, future-ready sales pipeline.
- Generate fresh leads and develop new business within corporate and event-driven environments.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to present Zellar’s capabilities and value propositions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
- Develop customized MICE proposals based on evolving client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams—including operations, creative, and production—to ensure seamless delivery of awarded projects.
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal execution units.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movement.
- Share insights with leadership to support strategic business planning.
- Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Lead negotiations to close contracts while ensuring mutual value for clients and Zellar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Qualification
- 3–6 years of proven experience in MICE sales (event agency, hotel sales, or travel industry experience preferred).
- Strong corporate client network within Mumbai
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the MICE landscape and emerging industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
