Role Overview:
Experienced Merchandiser with expertise in garment merchandising, production coordination, and order management within the PPE, uniforms, and workwear industry. Skilled in handling end-to-end merchandising operations, factory coordination, production tracking, and ensuring timely execution of orders while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Adept at managing buyer requirements, vendor communication, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced business environments, particularly within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order record management & Critical Path tracking
- PO release and factory coordination
- T&A and WIP tracking
- BOM creation and fabric/trims arrangement
- Tech pack coordination and sample approvals
- Inspection planning and production documentation
- Packing list & invoice coordination
- Fabric testing and quality compliance management
Preferred Experience:
- Garments / PPE / Workwear / Uniform industry
- Knowledge of merchandising processes and production follow-up
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Experience in handling factories and supplier communication
Skills Required:
- Merchandising & production coordination
- BOM & tech pack management
- MS Excel and reporting
- Communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and deadline management
