Role: Sales & Membership Development Intern 📍 YMCA Ahmedabad, SG Highway, Makarba 🗓️ Duration: 2 Months 💼 Type: Internship (Full-Time)
What You'll Do
As an intern on the Sales & Membership team, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and get hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-facing sales environment.
- Call and engage prospective members from assigned lead lists
- Conduct property show-around — giving prospects a guided tour of YMCA's facilities
- Identify and research potential prospects independently
- Follow up consistently with leads at every stage of the membership journey
- Schedule meetings, property visits, and calls between prospects and the Sales Manager
- Assist with sales documentation, member records, and reporting
- Maintain regular communication with both prospects and the Sales Manager
- Support the team with any day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (final-year students also welcome to apply)
- Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi — spoken and written
- Pleasing, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and in-person client interaction
- Organised, proactive, and a quick learner
- Genuine interest in sales, hospitality, or membership-based businesses is a plus

Stipend
