Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist focused on Marketplace Ads, including platforms such as QCom, Amazon, and Flipkart. Based in Gurugram, the role involves managing relationships with clients, developing and executing ad sales strategies, training teams, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for pitching advertising solutions, optimizing ad campaigns for maximum performance, and overseeing the sales lifecycle to meet client needs and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ad sales and revenue growth across marketplace platforms
- Build and manage brand partnerships for sponsored ads & visibility campaigns
- Work closely with brands to optimize ROAS, visibility, and conversions
- Identify new business opportunities within quick commerce & e-commerce ecosystems
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketplace ads sales sales
- Strong understanding of sponsored ads, search ads, and platform marketing tools
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
- Experience handling FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands is a plus
