Your Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience to drive commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning for our genomics software platform.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands both enterprise healthcare sales and scientific/clinical marketing, and can bridge the gap between technology, diagnostics, and customer success.
At BaseSolve, we are advancing genomics-driven healthcare through our flagship platform AUGMET™, enabling scalable and clinically actionable insights for diagnostics and research.
Experience Required
- 5+ years in Healthcare SaaS / Genomics / Clinical Software Sales & Marketing
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales and strategic marketing
- Exposure to NGS workflows, oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine
- Experience engaging with diagnostic labs, hospitals, research institutes, or pharma clients
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Enterprise Sales
Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
Manage enterprise sales pipeline and customer engagement
Develop proposals, presentations, and solution narratives
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Lead digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, and scientific outreach
- Build strong market positioning for AUGMET™ across global markets
- Coordinate branding initiatives, conferences, and industry events
Customer & Market Strategy
- Understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Work closely with product and bioinformatics teams for GTM execution
- Track market trends in clinical genomics and precision medicine
Thought Leadership & Communication
- Create high-impact scientific and commercial marketing content
- Support case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories
- Strengthen BaseSolve’s visibility in genomics and healthcare technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical-grade or regulated software environments (CAP, CLIA, CE-IVD, HIPAA)
- Exposure to global markets (US / EU / APAC / MENA)
- Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or Healthcare Technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
