We are currently hiring for the role of Sales & Marketing Specialist – Pharma (Pune).
This position is designed for professionals in pharmaceutical field sales who are looking to take on a more structured and ownership-driven role in territory development and market growth.
It is important to note that this is not a conventional Medical Representative role. The focus is on quality of execution, long-term market development, and measurable business outcomes, rather than routine activity-based coverage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing an assigned territory with a focus on growth
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
- Driving product adoption through consistent and well-planned execution
- Identifying market opportunities and contributing to business performance
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Eligibility:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of field execution and market dynamics
- Willingness to travel within Pune
Compensation:
- CTC: As per experience (aligned with industry standards)
- Travel allowance and performance-based incentives
