Sales & Marketing Representative – Nepal. The company is renowned for delivering turnkey rolling mill solutions, engineering excellence, innovative technologies, and world-class customer support to steel manufacturers across international markets.
Position
Sales & Marketing Representative
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and sales enquiries within the steel and industrial sectors.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities across Nepal.
- Promote the company’s industrial machinery, rolling mill equipment, spares, and engineering solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical specifications and commercial proposals to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities to convert enquiries into business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Steel Industry
- Rolling Mills
- Industrial Machinery
- Heavy Engineering
- Manufacturing Equipment
- Capital Goods
- Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct technical-commercial discussions and independently manage sales activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical or engineering background will be highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nepal.
