Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales and Marketing located in Delhi, India. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, delivering presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes working closely with clients to understand their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey with Mirae Asset Sharekhan. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and create growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
• Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including driving revenue, achieving targets, and building customer loyalty
• Experience in conducting training sessions and educating clients on financial products and services
• Ability to work in a team environment to strategize and implement marketing campaigns
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
