Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in NCR. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily tasks include meeting clients, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The position also requires coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries, maintaining sales records and reports, and supporting marketing initiatives such as local promotions, events, and digital outreach. The role may include training and guiding new team members on product knowledge and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities to support onboarding and skill development of team members and assist in product demonstrations.
- Relevant experience in automotive, machinery, or industrial products sales is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and local market dynamics in NCR is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
