The CRM & Marketing Operations Executive is a central, India-based role responsible for the end-to-end processing, qualification, routing, and quality of every marketing lead generated across the Client’s global businesses. This role is on the AVP – Digital Marketing team and serves as the single funnel point for leads from digital campaigns, offline sources, and social media to the right salesperson, in the right division, in the right country.
Beyond lead processing, the role owns CRM data integrity on Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation, builds and maintains live dashboards, surfaces early-warning signals when lead volumes shift unexpectedly by region or campaign, and serves as the operational backbone connecting marketing activity to sales follow-through across ClientServices divisions.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration and marketing operations, with daily working exposure (not occasional) to the platform.
- CRM Platforms: Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Freshsales — must have administered, not merely used, the system.
- Dashboards: Has personally built dashboards in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau — not just consumed them.
- Excel / Sheets: Pivots, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, and clean data structuring.
- Workflow Discipline: Has worked under TAT / SLA discipline in a prior role (lead handling, ticketing, agency delivery, or similar).
