Job Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Executive – Banquet and ODC will be responsible for generating business opportunities, increasing banquet sales, and managing Outdoor Catering (ODC) operations through effective client acquisition and relationship management. The role requires proactive sales efforts, market networking, event coordination, and revenue generation for banquet events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and outdoor catering assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate banquet and ODC business through direct sales, client meetings, references, and networking.
- Identify potential clients including corporates, institutions, event planners, and social groups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Client Coordination:
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable event and catering solutions.
- Prepare and share event proposals, quotations, and banquet packages with clients.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Promote banquet facilities and outdoor catering services through online and offline marketing activities.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain regular engagement through social media promotions and customer outreach.
Event Management Support:
- Ensure proper coordination during events and maintain service quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Maintain event records, sales reports, and client databases.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates with hospitality or banquet sales experience will be preferred.
