Role Overview
Are you ready to drive growth for the leader in creative education? Arena Animation Indore is looking for a high-energy sales & marketing professional to lead enrolment efforts across our state-of-the-art centres in Vijay Nagar and Bhanwarkua.
As the premier AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) institute in Madhya Pradesh, we need a strategist who can transform enquiries into careers. You won't just be selling courses; you’ll be selling the future of digital artistry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Enrollment Growth
• Drive student recruitment for both the Vijay Nagar and Bhanwarkua centres.
• Conduct professional career counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
2. Regional Marketing & Outreach
• Organise and lead seminars, workshops, and presentations at schools and colleges across Indore and surrounding areas.
• Identify and execute BTL activities (stalls, events, canopy activities) to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the digital team to optimise lead quality from social media and Google.
3. Performance Tracking
• Maintain a robust CRM database of all prospective students.
• Analyze "walk-in" vs. "conversion" ratios to refine sales pitches and marketing strategies.
Who We Are Looking For
• Experience: 2–5 years in Sales, Business development, or Education Counseling.
• Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indore market and student demographics.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills in Hindi and English; ability to handle parental concerns regarding career ROI.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and a basic understanding of the AVGC industry (animation, VFX, and gaming).
