Job description for sales and marketing Executive (For sheds)
1) Handled Leasing deals generated from IPC’s.
2) Handled customer meetings, site visits, project presentation, and product
Presentations.
3) Coordinating with architecture team for product designing as per requirement of
Customer and Business process.
4) Coordinating with engineering team for, area statements, Construction schedules etc.
5) Handled Negotiation process.
6) Handled Legal Due Diligence, signing of LOI, signing and registration of Lease
Deeds / Leave and License.
7) Worked with Management to formulate the Lead generation strategy, leasing
Strategy.
8) Maintained good relations with existing tenant, for renewal deals.
9) Handled existing tenant issues with help of Facility Management.
10) Reporting to the Management – Live Deals tracker, Current Vacancy and future Vacancies, Collection report, budgeting etc.
