Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies, business development initiatives, and sales performance targets. Key responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, where the manager will work closely with the agency's leadership team to drive growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- Background in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Marketing, Advertising, and Branding expertise
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
- Experience or knowledge in Event Planning, Logistics, and Vendor Coordination
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for marketing and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively
- Past experience in the events or advertising industry is a plus
