Role Description
As a full-time Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to promote Upmint Solutions' innovative products and services. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying prospective clients, managing relationships with financial institutions, and evaluating sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. This is an on-site role located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Marketing
- Skills in Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Cross-Functional Communication
- Strong understanding of Financial Services, Market Trends, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and networking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in the financial or fintech sector is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics software is a plus
