Purpose of Role:
The Sales Marketing Manager Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting rural products made by Self Help Groups (SHGs) of women. The focus is on developing the rural women's economy while advocating for poison-free, natural foods, particularly in urban communities. This position is instrumental in creating and managing the company's retailer network in the designated area.

U-Turn4Nature is based on the active involvement of rural women in the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (#nrlm) National Urban Livelihoods Mission networks & Women FPOs.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company's B2B, B2C, D2C & retailer network in Greater Noida/Noida.
- Utilize persuasive arguments to sell products in the food category to prospective B2B, B2C & D2C.
- Need to manage teams of 2-3 and also support them in developing business.
- Target based timeline as per daily plan.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using the company's Sales Management App.
- Consistently generate business for the company.
- Think strategically to improve rural agro-based business for Bottom of Pyramid (BOP) women.
- Promote natural, poison-free food produced by village entrepreneurs at various forums including societies, colleges, and companies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in FMCG/Food sales at the Sales Executive level is mandatory, specifically in food/confectionery/snacks sales.
- Result-oriented with a proven ability to generate business.
- Interest in agro, natural/organic farming/food, and village development.
- Self-confident, ambitious, and reliant individual with a "nothing is impossible" attitude.
- Ability to accept challenges and demonstrate performance.
- Advocate for profitability for farmers/villagers, especially SHG women.
- Enterprising mindset with a willingness to engage in 80% fieldwork and travel.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualifications to the profile.
- Experience of 1-3 years in a similar role.
