Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and managing a team to achieve sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with internal departments to align sales and marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, and Content Development
- Skills in Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, along with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge or experience in website design, mobile app development, and software solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with bulk marketing and promotional services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing marketing initiatives
