Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Nadiad, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, building client relationships, overseeing sales performance, and analyzing market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Campaigns, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Marketing Strategies, Market Analysis, and Competitor Research.
- Strong Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Business Development aptitude.
- Project Management and Team Collaboration capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of water purification and heating solutions is advantageous, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a marketing or sales manager is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with a focus on achieving results.
