Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and brand visibility. This full-time, on-site role, located in Noida, entails overseeing marketing campaigns, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and marketing strategies, contributing to the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Research
- Strong skills in Marketing Campaign Management, Branding, and Advertising
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategy development based on market insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in a media, advertising, or event agency is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
