Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s water treatment products. The role involves managing customer relationships, generating new leads, analyzing market trends, preparing sales presentations, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to meet sales objectives and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Growth Strategy, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Marketing Campaign Development, Promotion, Digital Marketing, and Branding
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Lead Generation, and closing deals to meet sales targets
- Strong Analytical, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in water treatment or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software is an advantage
