Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs, provide tailored property solutions, and facilitate the end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, networking to build strong relationships with clients and partners, and meeting monthly sales targets. You will also be required to stay updated on market trends, analyze customer requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate markets and trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferable in the real estate or property sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving targets
