Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement with Shakkr's products and services. Daily responsibilities include managing cross-functional campaigns, analyzing market trends, identifying key sales opportunities, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The role also requires building and nurturing relationships with corporate and individual clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strategic Marketing Planning and Campaign Management experience
- Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and B2B Sales expertise
- Skills in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and using CRM and Analytics tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury or food-related brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently
