With a strong presence across India, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand visibility and drive student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities, including digital marketing, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for tie-ups and collaborations.
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, school activities, and promotional events to generate student leads.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion and target achievement.
- Prepare, manage, and track marketing budgets and performance reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in the education/coaching sector preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities.
