Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, leading market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing team workflows, and staying updated on industry trends. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Building
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media strategies for effective brand promotion
- Experience in Market Research and Analysis to identify growth opportunities and track market trends
- Skilled in Campaign Management, Planning, and Execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of industries such as Food, FMCG, Spice, or Pharmaceuticals will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus
