About the role
We're building at the intersection of AI and B2B — across SaaS products, services, and platform businesses. We're looking for someone to own growth end-to-end and grow into the business head of this function.
This role starts with getting your hands dirty — running campaigns, generating leads, closing deals. But the ceiling is much higher. Over time, you'll move into strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and eventually owning the entire revenue function across a portfolio of businesses.

About us
We're an AI-native fashion-tech company building the operating system for how fashion brands design, source, and manufacture. We work with some of the most exciting D2C brands in the country and are expanding fast. Alongside the core platform business, we operate a services arm and a data intelligence product — giving whoever joins us exposure to multiple B2B business models under one roof.
We're a small, high-conviction founding team. Everyone here owns their domain fully.
Responsibilities
Marketing & demand generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns — cold email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, content
- Identify the highest-leverage acquisition channels per business and build playbooks around them
- Work on positioning, messaging, and collateral that converts
Sales & pipeline
- Own end-to-end B2B sales — prospecting, outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the product and services businesses
- Develop segment-specific pitches and sales narratives in close collaboration with founders
Partnerships & strategic growth
- Identify and develop channel partnerships, referral networks, and co-sell opportunities
- Build relationships with accelerators, incubators, industry bodies, and ecosystem players
- Structure and close partnership agreements that generate compounding revenue
Team & function building
- Document what works and build repeatable systems
- Hire and manage a small team as the function scales
- Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes — and own the numbers
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development, or growth experience — startup or agency background preferred
- Comfortable running campaigns independently without a large team or budget behind you
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a cold email and present to a CXO in the same day
- Commercial instinct — you understand what makes a business case and can articulate value clearly
- Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and how technology is reshaping industries
- Ambition to grow into a business leadership role, not just a senior individual contributor
