Role Description
Plantstiks Bottle Pack is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram or Ahmedabad. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive sales and business growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key tasks include market research, identifying and analyzing market trends, organizing marketing campaigns, and overseeing social media and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales and marketing objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitive Positioning
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation
- Understanding of Sustainability and eco-friendly product markets is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive projects from ideation to execution
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with effective problem-solving abilities
