Sales Manager – Transformers | Overseas Reika
📍 Kundli, Sonipat (Delhi NCR)
Overseas Reika is an ISO 9001:2015 & BIS-certified transformer manufacturer (since 2013), building distribution and power transformers up to 20 MVA at 33 kV class across two manufacturing units in Sonipat. We're scaling our EPC and institutional sales and looking for a Sales Manager to drive that growth.
What you'll own:
- Grow and manage relationships with EPC contractors, builders, and real estate/infrastructure developers who need transformer supply
- Convert existing industry connections into active accounts and repeat business
- Build out our AVL (Approved Vendor List) presence with major EPCs
- Own the full sales cycle — lead generation, technical coordination with our design team, quotation, negotiation, closing
- Expand our dealer/channel partner network across the Haryana–Delhi NCR belt
- Represent Overseas Reika at industry events, tenders, and client meetings
What you bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the transformer, power equipment, or electrical infrastructure industry
- Existing network with builders, EPC contractors, or industrial clients — this is non-negotiable, not "willing to build from scratch"
- Working understanding of transformer specs, HT/LT connections, and how EPC procurement actually works
- A track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
