Role Description
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, institutional partnerships, and market expansion for ONELearning’s simulation-based training solutions.
This role requires a high-ownership, execution-focused professional who can build pipelines, lead conversions, and scale business across multiple channels.
Revenue & Business Development
Drive B2B sales across:
Medical colleges & universities
Hospitals & training centers
Government & skill development bodies
Sell:
Simulation-based training programs
Workshops & certification courses
Skill lab setup solutions
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → demo → proposal → closure
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Institutional Partnerships & Alliances
Build long-term partnerships with:
Academic institutions
Government organizations
International education bodies
Identify and execute PPP (Public-Private Partnership) opportunities
Support expansion into new geographies and global markets
Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and execute:
Digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Webinars)
Offline outreach (conferences, CMEs, workshops)
Develop strong brand positioning for ONELearning in simulation-based education
Collaborate on:
Brochures, presentations, pitch decks
Case studies and success stories
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Build and manage multi-channel lead generation systems
Execute outbound strategies:
Cold email & LinkedIn outreach
Institutional networking
Optimize the sales funnel:
Lead → Qualified Lead → Demo → Conversion
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitors in:
EdTech
Medical simulation
Skill-based training platforms
Identify:
Pricing strategies
Market gaps
New product opportunities
CRM, Reporting & Insights
Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline tracking
Monitor and report:

Qualifications
Must-Have
3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Training Solutions
Strong skills in:

Experience working with government or institutional sales
