About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and manage real estate sales operations across direct and channel partner segments. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing teams, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management (Direct Sales)- Lead and manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Oversee client interactions to understand requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to support conversions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
2. Channel Partner Management- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners (brokers, consultants, agents).
- Organize partner meetings, events, and training sessions to drive business growth.
- Support channel partners in deal closures and ensure smooth coordination for documentation and payments.
- Monitor partner performance and drive productivity through engagement strategies.
3. Marketing & Strategy- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, promotions, and campaign optimization.
- Suggest pricing strategies and sales initiatives to improve conversion rates.
4. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Set performance goals and track team productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews and training to enhance team capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of direct sales and channel partner networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex transactions.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
