Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, generating leads, preparing sales proposals, and conducting client presentations. The role also involves close collaboration with the leadership team to identify opportunities for partner development and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Marketing: Strong skills in market analysis, digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience creating impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster strong client relationships.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Adept at data interpretation, market forecasting, and problem-solving to foresee opportunities and challenges.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or equivalent professional certifications is preferred.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with IT services, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology markets is highly desirable.
