The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Space Frame, PEB, and structural steel projects.
Explore opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and institutional projects.
Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence across different regions.
Build relationships with architects, consultants, PMC firms, contractors, and developers.
2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and order booking targets.
Lead the sales pipeline from lead generation to project order closure.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in PEB and structural steel industries.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and growth strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, project consultants, and EPC contractors.
Conduct technical presentations and proposal discussions with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term business partnerships.
4. Tendering & Proposal Management
Identify and participate in tenders, RFQs, and project bidding opportunities.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and engineering teams for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Review BOQ, project scope, technical specifications, and cost estimates before submission.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
5. Sales Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the sales and business development team.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Provide guidance in client meetings, negotiations, and closing strategies.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure accurate project proposals.
Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to the project execution team.
7. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging construction technologies.
