*Sales and Marketing Manager Job Description:*
- Execute the comprehensive Business Plan as directed by the CEO/Directors.
- Exceed annual revenue targets and KPIs by executing the CEO’s strategic sales roadmap.
- Target revenue streams across OTT platforms, Satellite, TV shows (fiction/non-fiction), and film production.
- Drive business and revenue growth through strategic investments, sponsorships, and barter agreements.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify "pain points" and position products as the ideal solution for prospects.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends using proven research tools and methodologies.
- Research, identify, and develop new sales and business opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and penetrate new markets to build a robust sales pipeline and secure high-value accounts.
- Develop business cases, sales forecasts, and revenue projections for potential investors and partners.
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust client database for direct sales, branding, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong networks with producers, directors, production houses, music labels, casting directors, various production houses, business houses, brands, HNIs, etc.
- Attend networking forums, industry events, board meetings, and shareholder meetings to represent the company and uncover new business avenues.
- Create and develop high-impact sales pitches, presentations, sales decks, PowerPoint, and proposals that convert leads into closed-won deals and drive scalable revenue growth.
- Lead joint ventures, tie-ups, and collaborations; negotiate and close deals for in-film branding, product integrations, and organic brand partnerships.
- Manage and execute sales, marketing, and branding for film productions and in-film integrations.
- Scouting for Studios, Producers, HNIs, Investment banker, etc for potential film production collaboration.
- Identify and engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors for business opportunities, project funding, and strategic partnerships for creating Coproduction opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison for strategic partnerships, leading fundraising initiatives and collaborating with legal, financial, and operational teams to execute deals.
- Work in tandem with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to structure and execute strategic partnerships and client contracts.
- Coordinate with legal teams for agreement drafting, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Manage sales operations, including process optimization, pipeline management, and reporting on sales performance.
- Review performance against annual revenue targets and KPIs.
- Present consolidated reports on market intelligence, vertical-wise performance, sales pipeline, partnerships, and revenue projections.
- Submit evaluation outcomes and strategic recommendations to the CEO/Directors for future growth initiatives.
