Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies, develop client acquisition plans, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting achievable sales goals, coordinating promotional campaigns, and managing the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales capabilities, client acquisition techniques, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in marketing strategy, promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales forecasting.
- Leadership skills to manage sales teams and set clear teams and individual performance objectives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations and negotiations.
- Proficiency with tools, data software for marketing.
- Bachelor's degree business/ management,/ related.
