Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and sales strategies targeting industrial clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and driving sales growth. The position involves creating marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and ensuring alignment between the sales and marketing teams to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing expertise, including experience in developing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Strong understanding of market trends, client analysis, and B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales deals
- Experience with digital marketing tools, campaign management, and brand promotion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making and present actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the industrial or electrical product market is advantageous
- Proficiency in software tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
