Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead business growth, acquire new clients, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence while ensuring seamless client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Identify opportunities across corporate, education, sports, entertainment, government, and experiential segments.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Lead the complete sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Client & Partnership Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions.
- Drive repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Commercial & Project Coordination
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, Events, Media, Hospitality, Advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage multiple opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
