Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading campaigns to achieve revenue targets. You will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy and Lead Generation
- Ability to develop and execute Marketing Campaigns and Branding initiatives
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Support skills
- Experience in Market Analysis and Competitive Research
- Competency in Budget Management and Financial Planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus
- Prior experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
