Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive at Kanom. The candidate will be responsible for identifying furniture hardware stores, dealers, distributors, and OEM opportunities for the company’s architectural and furniture fittings products.
The role includes field visits, lead generation, dealer development, market research, relationship management, and business growth activities across assigned regions.
MBA freshers are welcome to apply. A mandatory 3-month internship/training period will be applicable before confirmation.We are looking for growth-oriented individuals. Salary and incentives will not be a constraint for candidates who can contribute to business expansion and deliver strong market results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Experience in furniture hardware, architectural fittings, plywood, laminates, or building materials is an advantage
