Kailas Engineering Systems is looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B capital equipment / industrial machinery sales.
🔹 Experience Required:
10+ years in Capital Equipment / Industrial Machinery / Project Sales
Experience in selling machinery to Food Processing / FMCG manufacturing companies
Strong understanding of turnkey / process plant sales cycle
🔹 Role Expectations:
Develop business with Food Processing & FMCG manufacturing companies across India & international markets
Identify new projects in fruit & vegetable processing, sauces, RTE, frozen foods, beverage, etc.
Build decision-level relationships (Plant Head, Technical Head, Procurement, Promoters)
Analyse market trends, competitor positioning & pricing strategies
Prepare growth strategy & annual sales roadmap
🔹 Performance KPIs:
Achieve annual order booking targets
Increase export presence in new geographies
Improve enquiry-to-order conversion ratio
Expand key account portfolio
🔹 Skills Required:
Strong techno-commercial understanding
Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
Strategic thinking & market intelligence capability
Ability to coordinate with design, costing & project teams
