Sales Marketing Manager
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Remote (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert enterprise customers across banks, fintechs, government institutions, and large corporates within Uttar Pradesh
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through client engagement and market outreach
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Drive sales of payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, instant issuance systems, secure ID solutions, and logistics fulfilment services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales forecasts
- Travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh for customer relationship management
- Represent the organization at industry events and client engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory
- Experience selling to Banks and Cooperative Societies
- Proven track record in technology, payment systems, secure products, or manufacturing solutions sales
- Strong understanding of enterprise customers within Uttar Pradesh
- Experience managing client relationships through direct engagement
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Additional Information:

- Strong regional network preferred
- Extensive travel across the state will be involved
