Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager based in the Pune Division. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, lead sales development initiatives, and foster relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efforts. Additional responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating sales presentations, and conducting competitor and performance analyses to ensure goal attainment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Marketing Strategies, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Engagement, Relationship Management, and Customer-Centric Service
- Ability to develop, coordinate, and execute data-driven Marketing Campaigns and Collaboration Initiatives
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Competitor Insights, and identifying Strategic Growth Opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
